What’s it made of?
I like working with natural materials, glass, and metal-plated components. Some stringing materials are made of nylon or cotton.
My natural components, like suede lacing, feathers, rocks, shells, or other found objects, are responsibly sourced and handled with love and respect.
Using silver- and gold-plated components in my jewelry and trinkets helps keep my costs down, which is passed on to you. You get the look and feel of precious metal without the price tag!
When I use acrylic or resin components, it’s for a deliberate design reason and not because plastic = cheap.
How big is it?
While I’ve tried to be as accurate as possible in measuring my products, I’m only human and sometimes get it wrong. I try to include both imperial and metric units for precision.

When/how do I get it?
I ship all my orders with USPS. Love them or hate them, they offer the most efficient and affordable shipping options. The prices quoted when you checkout are the exact prices I pay.
All USPS Priority Mail® (flat rate) prices automatically include tracking and are insured up to $100. You will get a tracking number from USPS when your package is handed off to them. Once they have it, I no longer have control. I will have access to the same tracking information you do, and I can’t assure a particular delivery day or time.
First-Class Mail (weight-based) can be insured for an additional fee. It can’t be tracked but may show up in your daily Informed Delivery Digest email from the USPS. If you’re obsessive like me, it’s a great way to see exactly what’s coming and when. Sign up if you haven’t already! It’s free!
If you feel your package may have been lost somewhere along the way or delivered to the wrong address, please contact your local Post Office.
If you qualify for Free shipping, you still have the option to use Priority Mail® for the stated price so that your package can be tracked and insured. Separate tracking and insurance fees may be implemented in the future — stay tuned!
What if I need to change something in my cart?
You may find yourself needing to change personalization, packaging, or other options you selected when adding an item to your cart. At this time, you will need to remove the item from your cart and re-add it with the correction options. There’s no way to directly edit any items in the shopping cart beyond “quantity.”
If you’re personalizing an item with a name or other custom-for-you details, make sure you’ve got your spelling, capitalization, and grammar correct. I mean, I’m gonna get it touch with you anyway if I have questions, but please save us both a headache and double-(triple-!)check your options.
