Returns, Refunds, and Repairs

Overview

Refunds or returns may be available within 30 days of the receipt of your item. Conditions apply; see below.

You may be eligible for free repairs or replacements within 90 days of the receipt of your item. Conditions apply; see below.

Due to the nature of the products, digital sales are FINAL and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Refunds and Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund of the purchase price, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If this condition is not met, you may only receive a partial refund or be denied a refund altogether.

If you are due a refund and returning an item, I will generate and email a shipping label to you and deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.

Because digital products, downloads, and gift cards can’t be returned, they will not be refunded — no exceptions.

I will email you when I receive your return, and again to notify you of the status of your refund.

If I accept the return, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on the method, this can take several days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account one more time.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me.

Final Sale items

If you purchased your item(s) during a clearance sale, returns and refunds may not be accepted. Please contact me to discuss it.

Exchanges and Repairs

I will only replace or repair items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival, or if they were damaged after arrival under extenuating circumstances. Please contact me to discuss it.

If your item needs to be exchanged or repaired, you are responsible for shipping costs to get the item back to me.

Exchanges

A defective or damaged item may be exchanged for an identical item, if available. Products like this include vinyl decals and paper goods. Please contact me to arrange a replacement. Include photos of the damage, if possible.

Many items are handmade. If there are several in stock, you may receive a similar item, but not an identical copy. Products like this include car chimes and bookmarks.

Some items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be exchanged, like most of my jewelry. A return and refund may be offered in these cases. Please contact me to discuss it.

Repairs

If offer free repairs for all of my products for 90 days after delivery. Repairs outside this window incur a fee starting at $25, depending on the repairs needed.

Please contact me with detailed photos of the damage so we can discuss the situation.

If you are returning an item for repair, I will generate and email a shipping label to you and deduct the cost of shipping from your repair fee.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, I will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item once it is turned over to your chosen courier.
